Thor Toolkit Version 4.1 is a programming library that acts as acomprehensive programmatic interface to the Thor Server. All interprocesscommunication functions help make communication with Thor databasescompletely transparent to the programmer. This toolkit can be used to:

This toolkit uses the objects and polymorphic functions in the SMILES andDepict Toolkits, which are required to use the Thor Toolkit.
